Trafford Community Collective is a member-led organisation that supports the development of the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector across Trafford by promoting a Collective and partnership approach to service development and delivery. We call the it the Collective for short!
The Collective provides a framework and structure for organisations to come together with one voice to ensure the sector is recognised as a strategic partner at all levels in the development and delivery of health and social care services in Trafford.
The Collective supports delivery in ‘place’ through our neighbourhood Lead Partner hub framework by bringing VCFSE organisations, key stakeholders and members together to create a coordinated approach to service delivery.
